A Stainless Steel Chemical Tanker Vessel is a high-specification ship designed for the safe, flexible, and contamination-free transportation of a wide range of liquid chemicals and high-purity cargoes. Built in full compliance with IMO, IBC Code, MARPOL, and international classification society rules, this vessel is ideal for operators requiring the highest cargo compatibility and cleanliness standards.
The vessel is equipped with individually segregated cargo tanks constructed entirely from high-grade stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, chemical attack, and temperature variation. This tank construction allows the carriage of aggressive, high-value, and sensitive chemicals without the risk of coating degradation or cargo contamination, significantly reducing cleaning time and operational costs.
Each cargo tank is fitted with an independent deepwell cargo pump, enabling precise cargo control, efficient loading and discharge, and complete segregation between different products. Advanced cargo handling and safety systems, including inert gas systems, vapor return lines, tank level and temperature monitoring, ensure safe and compliant operations for hazardous cargoes.
The double-hull design enhances structural integrity and environmental protection, while the vessel’s optimized hull form and machinery arrangement provide excellent fuel efficiency and seakeeping performance. Accommodation, navigation, and control systems are arranged to ensure safe, comfortable, and efficient working conditions for the crew.
